A triumph for LCS!
March 14th – Dan Gillingwater’s MASS OF REVERENCE AND DEVOTION received its 2nd performance by Ludlow Choral Society accompanied by Kevin Gill on the magnificent Snetzler organ with superb singing by tenor soloist Matthew Minter – for whom the work was composed. It was also great to have the composer in the audience – maybe a new work for LCS in the future, Dan?

Lucy Bowen’s O for the Wings of a Dove was beautifully sung supported by fine choral singing and Schubert’s little Mass in G completed a really lovely evening of music making in Ludlow’s majestic  Parish Church.
Bravo LCS!
